Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is in need of qualified candidates for some Industrial Maintenance Mechanic positions with a company in North East, PA. There are openings on both 1st and 2nd shift, and the pay range is $20.80-$26.48, BOE.



Industrial Maintenance Mechanic


Shift: 1st: 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday; 2nd shift: 3:30pm-2am Monday through Thursday

Pay Range: $20.80-$26.48/hour BOE. Raises possible after probationary period

Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery and facilities.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks, like Lubrication, Welding, Fabrication, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Plumbing, Power Transmission and Gearing, Alignment and Vibration, Conveyors, Building Trades etc.
• Effectively trouble shoot all mechanical equipment, take corrective action, repair, replace, or rebuild, as necessary.
• Communicate and diagnose malfunctions with other maintenance employees and supervisors.
• Must be able to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Utilize maintenance software to complete assigned work orders.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Required to use all personal protective equipment that is provided.
• Overtime may be required.
• Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Certification or technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years Maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulics, gear boxes, transmissions, clutches and brakes, welding, lubrication systems and bearings, oven blowers and burners desired.
• Requires a well-rounded and experienced knowledge of the practices, tools, equipment and materials used in assigned skill trade area.
