HEM/ONC EXP REQUIRED FOR CLINIC POSITION ONS/ONCC chemo and immunotherapy Cert REQUIRED- MA RN LICENSE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION --BILH coversheet required - Must have experience w hematology care and coordinating care. Does not need experience with coordinator role if 4-5 years of experience in HemOnc. Heavy triage experience required. Will be getting authorization for PET scans, responding to patients questions, med renewals, FMLA paperwork (admin side). 10H days, 8a-6p- Required Qualifications: MA license required - must have in hand at time of SUBMISSION 2+ years of experience required BLS-AHA required NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as TRAVEL, perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered - Parking can be expensive in the parking garages (up to $43/day) - public transportation availableFloat Required: NoCertifications: BLS Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:91
