Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations with patients and develop individualized treatment plans that help patients recover and return to a pain free life!
• Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
• Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are being met.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications :

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Strong clinical skills.
