This role includes crafting and preparing high-quality baked goods and maintaining inventory records to meet Lassens Natural Foods standards. The Baker will ensure that all bakery products consistently meet quality expectations and provide exceptional customer service while creating an inviting, well-stocked bakery environment. This position requires a strong understanding of general baking principles and adherence to safety and health regulations. The Baker must also foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and high morale.
