Occupational Therapist - PRN

Role PRN Occupational Therapist Overview We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team on a PRN basis at a rehabilitation facility. Key responsibilities Providing direct patient care to adults with various medical conditions such as orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary issues; conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans; documenting care; and communicating with healthcare team members. The role also involves supervising COTAs to support patient care. Qualifications a bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy, valid state licensure, and preferably one year of experience as an OT. Skills and attributes clinical expertise, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and familiarity with documentation tools like NetHealth on a laptop or iPad.
