Job Duties: Assesses, diagnoses, treats, and helps individuals prevent communication and swallowing disorders; provides consultant services for treatment planning and evaluation. Provides appropriate follow-up regarding staff training & therapy.

Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Candidate must possess a license and current registration as a speech language pathologist in New York State or certification in speech-language pathology by ASHA.

Schedule and anticipate length of assignment: TBD- Part Time, 8-10 hours/week.

Background check requirements: Fingerprint, SEL, SCR, SAM, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Vaccination requirements: Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and influenza.

OMH required training (This training will be provided by OMH): New Employee Orientation and TRUST.
