Patient Access Representative
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Patient Access Representative for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. In this pivotal role, you will be part of a professional call center environment focusing on patient coordination for the Ophthalmology/Optometry clinic. Your expertise in scheduling and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to seamless patient care experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the Patient Access Representative:
- Handle incoming patient calls requesting appointments in the clinic

Requirements of the Patient Access Representative:
- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Experience with scheduling required
- Epic experience required
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered
