Finance is one organization composed of ten functions forming the financial backbone of DTCC, leaders who stand at the forefront of DTCC's competitive endeavors across the globe. From accountants and financial analysts to internal consultants and workplace designers, the CFO Organization employs diverse individuals who work together to help make DTCC a global leader in the financial services industry.

We are seeking a Financial System Analysis and Design Senior Analyst to support Finance transformation through analytics delivery and system optimization.

This role is analytics-first, focused on delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data insights to support CFO decision-making, while also acting as a Business Analyst to drive system design improvements and innovation across Finance platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytics and data modeling skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, governed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver Finance reporting and analytics solutions (e.g., OAC, ADW, Snowflake, BI tools)
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and semantic layers aligned with Finance reporting standards
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Deliver insight-driven reporting (variance analysis, trend analysis, executive dashboards)
• Enable self-service analytics through governed datasets and scalable data products
• Optimize reporting performance and usability for business stakeholders

Secondary: Business Analysis & System Optimization

• Act as a Business Analyst supporting Finance system enhancements and transformation initiatives
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Analyze current-state processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Partner with technology teams to design future-state CFO data flows and system architecture
• Support testing, UAT, and implementation readiness activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, financial systems, or data delivery role
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Finance or technology initiatives
• Understanding of Finance processes (GL, FP&A, regulatory reporting)
• Experience with data warehouse concepts and integration pipelines

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
