What You’ll Do Lead branch staff to drive performance and deliver outstanding member service Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash management, and audit readiness Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Build and maintain relationships with members to identify and meet their financial needs Support Tellers and Personal Bankers with complex member issues, escalations, and serve as backup as needed Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales/service goals Represent Arbor at community events Is This You? High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in retail banking and 1+ year of leadership experience Strong coaching, communication, member service, and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft 365 Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, occasional offsite travel Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and organizational skills Able to be bonded (Age 18+) Preferred But Not Required: Bachelor's degree (business, finance, or related) or equivalent experience, experience with Fiserv DNA, consumer lending and/or sales experience Why Join Arbor?
