Pay The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $18.5 - $31.5 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
