Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring a client-focused approach. \n
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand the clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth. \n
- Create collaborative and personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, identifying clear goals and strategies for progress. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices for record-keeping. \n
- Facilitate group sessions and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness and healthy coping strategies. \n
- Engage with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and support comprehensive treatment. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as team consultations and training sessions, to enhance your skills and knowledge. \n
You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients from Lovelock and surrounding areas, including individuals and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Understanding cultural differences and providing inclusive care are essential aspects of your role, as we strive to meet the varying needs of our clients.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada or have the necessary qualifications to pursue licensure. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting. \n
- Strong background in trauma-informed care, family systems theory, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients. \n

- Experience working with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software. \n
- Interest or experience in community outreach and engagement initiatives. \n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
