The Role Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Barback supports the bar program by assisting with preparation, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is essential to ensuring bartenders can execute service efficiently while contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Physical Requirements Stand and move continuously for extended periods behind and around the bar Frequently lift and carry kegs, cases, glass racks, and bar supplies (up to 50 pounds) Safely handle glassware, bar tools, and cleaning equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Middleman
