Senior Credit Analyst - Credit Hedge Fund

Job Description
We are currently working with a leading credit hedge fund that are looking to expand their investment team. They are looking for a dynamic investment professional with experience covering liquid credit focusing on Media names. The fund takes a fundamental approach investing across the capital structure.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Conduct detailed fundamental credit research across HY/stressed corporates. \n
- Sector coverage: Media \n
- Provide well formulated long/short investment recommendation. \n
- Build and maintain your own financial models. \n
- Keep informed on wider market trends, such as macroeconomic developments, market sentiment, and industry condition. \n
Candidate Profile:
\n- \n
- c.6+ years of experience covering HY/stressed corporate credit. \n
- Must have extensive Media experience \n
- Buy side experience is preferred however open to candidates coming from a credit research desk at a leading investment bank. \n
- Excellent modelling skills and the ability to incorporate wider macro themes into your investment recommendations. \n
- Specific sector experience across: Media \n
