Job Overview:
The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to support business decision-making processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as R or Python is a plus.

Pay Range: $52-$55
