About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home. As an HHA/CNA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, including assisting with personal care, mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal prep and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying, and dishes
• Follow personalized care plans for each client
• Report any changes in condition to our team

What We're Looking For:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience*
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
