Job Overview As a CF‑SLP with Personal Touch Home Care, you’ll provide speech and language therapy to pediatric and adult patients in their homes while receiving ongoing mentorship and guidance throughout your Clinical Fellowship. This role offers valuable real‑world experience, the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families every day. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric and adult patients in a home care setting. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans under supervision. Work with patients with developmental, neurological, communication, and special needs challenges. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress. Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in ongoing mentorship and supervision throughout your Clinical Fellowship. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (completed or near completion) Eligible for CFY licensure in New York State Compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in working with pediatric, adult, and special needs populations Experience in home health, rehabilitation, pediatrics, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
