Junior Buyer

Orienta Spa, Società Benefit, è alla ricerca di un/a Junior Buyer per azienda cliente che opera nel settore alimentare. La risorsa dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività: Gestione operativa degli acquisti Emissione e monitoraggio ordini: Inserimento degli ordini di acquisto nel sistema gestionale aziendale e monitoraggio dei tempi di consegna per evitare rotture di stock in produzione. Sollecito fornitori: Gestione dei flussi di comunicazione quotidiana con i fornitori nazionali ed esteri per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna. Scouting e qualifica dei fornitori Ricerca partner (Scouting): Supporto nella ricerca di nuovi produttori di materie prime, ingredienti o soluzioni di packaging alimentari. Richiesta preventivi: Redazione e invio delle richieste di quotazione e raccolta delle offerte commerciali. Qualifica e Vendor Rating: Supporto nella valutazione delle performance dei fornitori in termini di puntualità, costi e conformità agli standard. Controllo qualità, conformità e sostenibilità Allineamento con Controllo Qualità: Verifica della conformità tecnica, delle certificazioni alimentari (es. BRC, IFS, BIO) e delle schede tecniche dei prodotti acquistati. Monitoraggio ESG: Supporto nel controllo della conformità dei fornitori alle politiche di sostenibilità e tracciabilità della filiera agroalimentare. Analisi di mercato e reportistica Analisi dei trend: Monitoraggio costante dei prezzi delle commodity alimentari, dei trend di consumo e dei comportamenti dei concorrenti. Elaborazione dati: Analisi del TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) e monitoraggio dei KPI di acquisto (risparmio generato, rispetto del budget). La/il candidata/o ideale dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti: Esperienza richiesta: Da 1 a 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in funzioni simili della supply chain/logistica. Titolo di studio: Laurea ad indirizzo Economico o Agroalimentare/Tecnologie Alimentari. Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali ERP. Ottimo utilizzo di Microsoft Excel per l'analisi dei dati e dei costi. Lingue straniere: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese OBBLIGATORIA per la gestione dei mercati e dei fornitori esteri. Soft Skills: Capacità di negoziazione, problem solving gestionale, precisione e resistenza allo stress da scadenze. Contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di stabilizzazione. Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL): 25.000 € / 35.000 €, in base all'esperienza ed all'autonomia del candidato.
