Sr Construction Project Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Successfully manage multiple highly complex projects from sales booking to project closeoutDevelop and maintain project plan in accordance with project requirements and customer expectationsProvide strategic direction to project team to ensure successful completion of project planCoordinate with project team to determine potential value engineering opportunitiesGenerate detailed bid packages for vendors and award subcontracts to qualified vendorDevelop and deliver project progress reportsCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project teams, vendors and subcontractorsSeek opportunities to increase project value through relationships with external project teamProactively identify and manage potential project riskMaintain and grow existing customer relationships, including winning additional/future workOversee daily project management functionsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in construction management or related field7+ years of experience in construction or related industryStrong understanding of manufacturing and construction processesKnowledge of general business practice, building codes, and engineering principlesAbility to travel up to 25% within North AmericaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Lean manufacturing experienceWHAT WE OFFER:Comprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision, & prescription options)Paid Time Off (PTO)8 Paid Company Holidays401k & Roth with Generous Company MatchAdoption AssistanceCompany-Paid Short-Term Disability InsuranceTuition & Professional Development ReimbursementHybrid Work Environment (qualifying roles)
