In this role, you will be the lead architect for our Zip environment. You will bridge the gap between complex operational requirements and a frictionless user experience. If you are a Zip expert with a bias for action and a passion for automation, we want to talk to you. ️

The Impact You’ll Make

• Architect Efficiency ️: Take ownership of Zip configuration. You will refine routing, approval chains, and conditional logic to eliminate friction and ensure seamless workflows.
• Scale Through Automation : Beyond standard administration, you’ll be a key player in deploying AI-enabled procurement agents and intelligent triage systems.
• Bridge Cross-Functional Silos : Act as the central point of contact between Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and Enterprise Tech to ensure every workflow is compliant, measurable, and efficient.
• Translate Data into UX : Use system data and requester feedback to identify pain points, iterate on forms, and continuously improve the "purchasing experience" for the entire company.
