Financial Operations Support Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support throughout the loan lifecycle
- Assist with document collection, review, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records through scanning, filing, and data entry
- Support internal teams with processing and tracking of applications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient workflows
- Assist with preparing materials and communications for clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
