Laser Technician - Medical Spa Esthetician

Job Description

Job Description

$18–$23 base rate per hour depending on experience PLUS Monthly Bonus! | Benefits available to full-time employees

Love what you do? Come do it somewhere that loves you back.

You know the moment: a client looks in the mirror, and you can see their whole posture change. That moment is why we do this. At Regevity Medspa, we believe confidence is beautiful, and we're looking for an experienced esthetician who lights up when they get to give it to someone.

If you're ready for better technology including equipment from highly respected industry giants like Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Aerolase, Dermapen World & Hydrafacial, a team that genuinely cheers each other on, and a paycheck that finally makes sense, we'd love to meet you.

Why you'll love it here

• Pay you don't need a calculator for. Tired of commission plans with a different percentage for every product and service? Us too. Our bonus plan is simple, generous, and the best payout in the industry. Our technicians average $24–$32 per hour, including base pay and the average monthly bonus.
• The good equipment. You'll work with state-of-the-art medical aesthetic lasers that deliver life-changing results, the kind clients rave about to their friends.
• New skills, on us. We provide full in-house training in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring, so you keep growing no matter how much experience you bring.
• A real future. We're a national company with locations across the country, and we hire with the expectation that you'll advance.
• Benefits that take care of you. Medical, vision, dental, and more are available to full-time employees.
• Your Sundays are yours. We're closed on Sundays and the latest shift ends at 6:00pm.

What your days look like

• Performing laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
• Getting to know your clients, hearing their goals, and recommending the treatments that will get them there
• Building relationships that turn first-time visitors into regulars who ask for you by name
• Celebrating wins with your team as you meet and exceed sales goals together

You're a great fit if you:

• Hold a current Pennsylvania Esthetician license (required)
• Have experience as an esthetician; medspa or laser experience is a big plus
• Are truly passionate about the beauty industry and helping people feel their best
• Are a people person who thrives in a busy, upbeat environment
• Are a team player, through and through
• Enjoy recommending treatments you believe in and hitting your goals
