Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered personal injury.
2. Conduct thorough case research and analysis to identify legal issues and potential claims.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
6. Liaise with medical professionals, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in trial work, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
5. Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including substantial jury trial experience.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
