As our Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist, you will join our hospital-employed group at our exceptional new facility, CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital in Ringgold, GA, which just opened in January 2026! Every day you will focus on providing high-quality inpatient care for adults in a modern, forward-thinking environment. This role offers an attractive 7 on / 7 off shifts (Tuesday to Monday, 7am - 7pm), providing a clear and predictable schedule for day shifts. You will operate in a highly supportive environment, free from Peds, OB, or Trauma cases. You will benefit from a reasonable census and an open ICU, allowing you to concentrate your expertise efficiently. Our new hospital features 64 Patient Rooms, a 24-Bed Emergency Department, an 8-Bed open Intensive Care Unit, 5 Operating Rooms, and comprehensive imaging services, providing state-of-the-art resources at your fingertips.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist with a dedication to providing outstanding, quality patient care in a brand-new, dynamic hospital environment.

• Diagnosing, treating, and prescribing for a diverse adult inpatient population.
\n
• Ordering and interpreting necessary diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
\n
• Developing and managing comprehensive discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes within an Open ICU setting.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records using the hospital's EMR system, Epic.
\n
• Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols, especially in a newly launched facility.
\n
• Providing compassionate care and clear communication to patients and their families regarding their health status and treatment plans.
\n
• Continuously staying abreast of the latest developments in internal medicine and hospitalist care.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes a guaranteed $285,000 base salary for three years, production and quality incentives, commencement bonus, longevity bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness benefits, 401k with match, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME (5 days) & allowance, relocation assistance, and potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.

• MD or DO degree

• Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine

• Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA for Tennessee and Georgia

• AHA BLS certification
