I’m looking for a warm, personable, trauma-informed therapist to join my private-pay practice in Miami Beach as our first additional clinician.

\n

This is a great fit for someone who wants to be part of a growing practice from the beginning, values meaningful clinical work, and is comfortable starting with a smaller caseload that builds over time.

Who I’m looking for\n

\n
• Florida LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Intern
\n
• Trauma-informed and comfortable working with clients presenting with anxiety, trauma, relationships/attachment concerns, life transitions, grief, addiction, and related concerns
\n
• EMDR-trained is strongly preferred , but I’m also open to the right clinician who is willing to become EMDR-trained
\n
• Warm, relatable, polished, dependable, and genuinely good at connecting with clients
\n
• Comfortable providing in-person therapy in Miami Beach and Virtually
\n
• Able to commit to at least 2 consistent blocks of availability per week
\n
• Late afternoon/evening availability is especially helpful; weekend availability is a plus
\n
• Interested in growing with the practice over time
\n

Registered Interns must already have their own outside qualified supervisor .

About the position\n

This will begin as a part-time opportunity , with a goal of approximately 3–5 clients per week initially as referrals come in . Because we are building the caseload organically, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with a gradual ramp-up rather than expecting a full caseload immediately.

There is plenty of opportunity to grow beyond that for a clinician who wants a larger caseload as the practice expands.

The practice is private pay , and referrals, marketing, office space, administrative systems, and practice infrastructure are provided.

\n

Compensation: approximately $80–$100 per completed session , depending on licensure/experience.
