Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, followed by formulating clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans. \n
- Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices customized to meet each client’s unique needs and objectives. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate care strategies. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results according to ethical and legal standards. \n
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive care approach for clients. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, while advocating for their rights and access to necessary resources. \n
- Stay informed of the latest developments and methodologies in mental health care through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at West Hills, you will work with a varied patient population, including but not limited to individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess a valid Mental Health Therapy license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred. \n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
