This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates will have experience in emergency nursing and manage patient care in a dynamic setting. The emergency department includes a variety of patient cases, requiring strong assessment and decision-making skills. Candidates must be comfortable with a patient ratio based on acuity levels. The role involves the use of specialized equipment and electronic medical records. A professional appearance is expected, with a dress code of navy blue scrubs. Flexibility to float to different areas based on skill set is required.
