• Role: Veterinary Hospital Manager
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Competitive salary plus bonus opportunity
• Clinic Hours of Operation:
  • Monday, 7:30 am - 6 pm.
  • Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
  • Closed on weekends!

We are a fun and professional group ready to hire a Hospital Manager with a strong work ethic, proven leadership and management experience, and a shared passion for high-quality patient care and client service. What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives that strengthen and maintain a positive hospital culture
• Partner with doctors and leadership to support team member development and career growth
• Manage hospital financial performance, including P&L oversight, labor management, and inventory control
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies that drive success
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain exceptional team members
  Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to build and maintain a high-performing team
• Facilitate exceptional client service and patient care experiences
• Address client concerns proactively while strengthening community relationships
• Support operational excellence and efficient daily hospital workflows
