Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years' experience required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Current NM licensure required
• Pending NM state licensure approved, must be included with submission

Assignment Details

• Mon-Thurs, 8a-6pm
• Fri, 8a-12p
• Work at hospital one Saturday per month

Location Highlights

Carlsbad, New Mexico offers access to outdoor destinations and a hospital-based setting in the Chihuahuan Desert region. Carlsbad Caverns National Park is about 20 miles southwest of the city, and the Pecos Riverwalk Recreation Area runs through downtown with trails, paddle access, and event space. Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park is located on the north side of Carlsbad, and Sitting Bull Falls is about 35 miles west for day trips with hiking and picnic areas. The city provides a quieter lifestyle with regional access via Cavern City Air Terminal, and Guadalupe Mountains National Park in Texas is roughly 55 miles south for additional hiking and scenic drives.
