As a Project Hope BCBA, you'll do more than cover hours: you'll shape how high-quality care reaches families who would otherwise go without. You'll deliver exceptional ABA supervision, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care - all with the flexibility and autonomy of a part-time, mission-driven role. Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care Maintain targeted caseload Locations Available Naperville, Schaumburg, and Oak Lawn Qualifications What We're Looking For: Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
