Overview Leadership Opportunity at Central Peninsula Hospital Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to help lead a vital team dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and healing environment for our patients, staff, and community. Responsibilities As part of the Environmental Services leadership team, oversee staff training, support department operations, implement cleaning and safety procedures, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This position plays a direct role in supporting patient care and the overall hospital experience. Qualifications We’re looking for candidates with: A High School Diploma or GED Healthcare Environmental Services experience Leadership experience in a healthcare environment Qualified candidates may have: 5 years of Environmental Services experience in healthcare OR 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience plus 2 years of Environmental Services experience in healthcare Schedule, Compensation & Relocation Full-time daytime schedule — Sunday through Thursday, 6:00am–2:30pm Critical Position Bonus — Choose between a $10,000 bonus for a one-year commitment or a $25,000 bonus for a two-year commitment Relocation Assistance to help make your move to Alaska easier Benefits Competitive 403(b) retirement plans with employer contributions Generous paid time off Professional development opportunities Employee wellness programs and additional perks #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Peninsula Hospital
