Business Intelligence Engineer V

Contract Type: W2 Duration: 3 Months with possible extension Location: Seattle, WA Pay Range: $67.00 - $72.00 Per Hour Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Strategic Account Services team to help enhance client’s customer experience by working closely with selling partners. The role involves using a data‑driven approach to drive improvements and innovations across technology, processes, and selling partner engagements. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in statistical testing, reporting automation, and data analysis, and will work closely with Data Science teams to design and execute experiments. Key Responsibilities Evaluate program features and marketing content performance against customer response and retention metrics. Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments. Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health. Respond to ad‑hoc requests to investigate customer behavior and patterns. Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation to identify trends in the customer base. Must‑Have Skills 5+ years of experience working with large‑scale complex datasets.
