We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled Respiratory Team in Voorhees, NJ. Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $10,000Sign-On Bonus About Us: Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) is a nationally recognized pediatricspecialty care center with 119 inpatient beds and the largest freestandingpediatric ventilator program in the country. VPF is Joint Commission–accreditedat the highest level and provides care for medically fragile children acrossinpatient, rehabilitation, medical daycare, and educational programs throughThe Bancroft School at VPF. We deliver care through a collaborative,interdisciplinary team focused on the whole child. Mission: Advance the full life potential of medically fragile children through holisticcare in a supportive environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for: Providing comprehensive respiratorycare by assessing, treating and monitoring pediatric patients Performing clinical servicesefficiently and in accordance with facility policies Developing and communicatingindividualized treatment plans. Collaborating with theinterdisciplinary team to support family-centered patient care. Educating patients, families, andstaff on respiratory therapies, equipment, and treatment plans. Supporting departmental operationsby effectively managing workload and participating in quality improvementinitiatives Position Requirements: CRTor RRT credential CurrentNJ licensure in Respiratory Care. Current/ActiveCPR Certification (AHA or ARC only.) PreviousPediatric Healthcare experience, preferred. Abilityto communicate effectively. Schedule: 36 hours per week Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00am-7:00pm) Weekdays only No weekends Compensation: Hourly rate is determined by certification and education. CRT:$33.02-$47.76/ hour RRT:$34.20-$50.16/ hour Sign onbonus:$10,000, paidin installments beginning at 90 days, with additional payments made through 30months of employment.
