Company vehicle and phone Job Details We are seeking a Superintendent to provide on site supervision and coordination of field operations. This role is critical to project performance and requires a leader who can manage landscape installation crews while maintaining strict adherence to plans and specifications. Responsibilities Manage the daily production of landscape installation crews. Layout work according to plans including hardscapes and landscape elements. Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees. Attend project related meetings and assist management in developing project procedures. Supervise total construction effort including scheduling, engineering, and job costs. Direct project administrative staff in accounting and purchasing. Inspect all work to ensure it meets approved plans and specifications. Promote company culture through ethical leadership and role model behavior. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and construction production. Expert knowledge of construction tools and proficiency with various survey instruments. Experience with computer software programs including MS Office and AutoCAD. Current driver license with a clean driving record. Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment.
