THE MISSION
You are the final, most important piece of the puzzle! When a customer picks out the perfect setup, you are the one who brings that dream through their front door. Youre not just driving a truck; youre an installation expert, a product guru, and a local ambassador. From precision-maneuvering a French-door fridge to teaching a family how to use their brand-new smart TV, you provide the "Wow!" factor that makes us legendary.
HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT

- The "How-To" Guru: You dont just drop and run. You show the customer how their new gear works so theyre ready to roll immediately.
- Google Review Magnet: Your service is so good that customers can't wait to jump online and give you a 5-star shoutout!
Inventory & Showroom Strategist
- "Rent Ready" Guardian: When you aren't on the road, youre making sure the inventory is sparkling, functional, and ready for its new home.
- The Fix-It Factor: Youve got a knack for minor repairs and keeping our gear in top-tier shape.
- Backroom Boss: You help keep the warehouse and showroom organized and looking sharp.
Pilot of the Fleet
- Safety First: Youll navigate the streets safely and treat our delivery vehicles like they're your own.
- Secure the Load: Using straps, pads, and dollies, you ensure every piece of furniture arrives in showroom condition.
- Tech-Driven : Use tools like Samsara to stay connected and keep your routes on point.
DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT STUFF?
- Drivers Seat Ready: You have a valid license and a clean driving record.
- The Muscle: Youre built for the hustle! You can lift, carry, and maneuver heavy appliances and furniture with ease.
- People First: Youre polite, professional, and can handle any situation with a smile.
- Reliable as Rain: When the team needs you, youre there. You take pride in being someone the store can count on.
THE PERKS
- The Open Road: No being stuck behind a desk all day. Youre out in the community meeting new people!
