Role Overview MAKEUP BY MARIO is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to support all social-first creative needs across the brand’s digital channels. Reporting into the Art Director, Social, this role will be fully focused on designing engaging social content for daily posting, campaigns, launches, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with Art Director to assist on social media creative needs Conceptualization and execution of social design projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Translate ideas and briefs into compelling, visually engaging design solutions Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality Support day-to-day ad hoc design and creative requests while maintaining a high standard of execution Stay current with social design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team Proactively communicate workload capacity, timelines, and potential constraints to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines Qualifications BA graduate in graphic design preferred 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle Strong graphic design skills with an eye for beautiful typography Photography and content capture experience is a plus Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, as well as an interest in emergent technology Proficiency in motion graphics and editing short-form video content in After Effects and Premiere Pro Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling Work effectively both independently and in collaborative settings under the management of Art Director Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, or wellness industries #J-18808-Ljbffr MAKEUP BY MARIO
