Senior Litigation Attorney

Duties Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation. Conduct examinations under oath, take depositions, and manage discovery processes. Develop and deliver arguments in complex litigation matters. Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing detailed analyses. Represent clients in hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations. Lead a team of associates, paralegals, and legal assistants. Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Licensed to practice in the State of California. 4+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in case strategy and client advisement. Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and supervise junior associates and staff. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Critical thinking and problem-solving.
