Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized critical care to adult patients. The candidate will deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced critical care to ICU patients, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Assess patient conditions continuously, recognizing early signs of deterioration.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and care plans.
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Maryland or Compact nursing license.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Be ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certified.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Maintain current references and clear background checks.
