Job Description

Do you take pride in building, fixing, and creating things that last? Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for a skilled, hardworking Carpenter & Building Maintenance Technician to help keep one of the nation’s premier family destinations looking its best!

Every day brings something new—from building and repairing structures, to improving facilities and tackling exciting construction projects across the campground.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build, repair, and maintain a wide variety of buildings and structures.
Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, painting, roofing, and general construction.
Read blueprints, measure accurately, and complete projects with quality craftsmanship.
Operate company equipment including forklifts, bucket trucks, backhoes, golf carts, and fleet vehicles.
Keep the shop, tools, and equipment organized, clean, and ready for action.
Build campground amenities like picnic tables and install signage throughout the property.
Work alongside an incredible team to keep Ocean Lakes safe, beautiful, and operating at its best while delivering outstanding guest service every day.
