Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.


Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, scheduling timelines, and leading project meetings. You will monitor project progress, resolve issues as they arise, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring that all work is completed to specification and that necessary permits and documentation are secured. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.


To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, a deep understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in project management software are highly desirable.
