With excellent communication skills, lube techs give recommendations for repairs along with proper labor and time estimates. They make the repairs and replace parts as requested, ensuring success with a positive attitude and staying on top of the latest knowledge and training.Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles. Excellent mechanical skills, the drive to problem-solve, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and exceptional customer service skills are essential for this part-time or full-time position.Our lube techs work anywhere from 15-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time status. The typical work schedule varies during our business hours and will include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts--but no late nights.
