• Day shifts 7 am - 7 pm; night shifts 7 pm - 7 am -- 12-hour shifts
• Pediatric floor: 1 patient; well-newborns: 10; special care nursery: 5
• Inpatient hospital setting -- pediatric patients seen on med/surg
• Circumcisions required; LP a plus but not required
• Nursery Level I and Level II coverage required
• NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• Attending deliveries and admits required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
