Shift Availability:

Opening shifts starting at 6:00 AM.

Part-Time and Full-Time scheduling options available.

Saturday availability is required.

Flexible availability preferred.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A food quality and recipe standards.

Work across multiple kitchen stations, including grill, prep, boards, breading, assembly, and food preparation stations.

Execute food preparation with speed, accuracy, and consistency in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Assist with ingredient prep, portioning, stocking, and kitchen setup throughout shifts.

Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and operational standards at all times.

Properly handle kitchen equipment, cooking surfaces, and food storage procedures.

Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and leadership during busy meal periods.

Support overall back-of-house operations and assist where needed to ensure smooth restaurant performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience required.

Fluent in English or Spanish. Spanish-speaking is highly preferred.

Experience as a prep cook, grill cook, line cook, saut cook, or similar kitchen role strongly preferred.

Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Strong multitasking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ability to maintain attention to detail and food quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Must be at least 18 years old.
