• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes and therapeutic interventions in educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting techniques to meet individual needs
• Document student progress and maintain detailed records as required by school policy and regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection to inform intervention strategies
