As a Cashier, you'll be the first impression of our restaurant, creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. You'll greet guests with genuine hospitality, guide them through the menu, take orders accurately, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.We're looking for friendly, energetic Team Members who enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making every guest feel welcome.ResponsibilitiesWelcome every guest with a warm, genuine greeting.Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.Ensure all orders are entered correctly for the kitchen.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front counter and beverage station.Assist guests with questions, concerns, or special requests in a professional manner.Follow all cash handling, food safety, and company procedures.Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
