Quick job details:
- 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
- Tuscola is 20 minutes from Champaign-Urbana, IL
- Physician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patients.
- After-hours telephone call only which is supported by the Patient Advisory Nurse line.
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students.
- Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation.
- Excellent benefits package including health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage
- Job Requirements: BE/BC Family Medicine physician. Clean Background with Active IL license.
