Qualicare Phoenix Metro has immediate openings for CNAs/experienced caregivers. Job Summary
The CNA or Certified Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
***Immediate client needs available. Major Crossroads is Pima and Cave creek***** Responsibilities
- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory
- Access to internet/mobile phone
