In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will ensure the financial health and physical condition of the properties under their supervision. This position is critical for maintaining high occupancy rates, fostering positive relationships with tenants, and maximizing asset value. The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters, driving operational efficiency and upholding the organization's standards for excellence in property management. Responsibilities Manage the full leasing cycle, including marketing vacant units, screening prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements to maintain optimal occupancy levels. Oversee all financial transactions, specifically managing accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. Lead collections efforts by monitoring rent due dates, following up on delinquent accounts, and implementing strategies to recover outstanding balances. Coordinate routine maintenance requests and oversee property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards. Prepare and manage property budgets, monitoring income and expenses to ensure financial targets are met. Serve as the liaison between property owners, tenants, and service providers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction rates. Requirements Proven experience in real estate or property management with a strong focus on leasing operations. Demonstrated proficiency in handling accounts payable functions and managing financial records. Solid background in collections, with the ability to negotiate effectively and resolve payment disputes professionally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
