The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to spearhead the scaling and leadership of field operations within the commercial landscaping sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all operational aspects, including branch performance, maintenance services, landscape construction, and safety. This executive will be responsible for driving profitability, improving execution, and developing leaders, all while building scalable systems to support long-term growth. Key responsibilities for the role include leading day-to-day operations, developing and executing operational strategies, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and standardizing processes across multiple branches. The role also demands a strong focus on financial performance, leadership and talent development, client experience, safety, and compliance. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operational leadership experience in commercial landscaping or a similar industry.
