Part-time job opportunities with the possibility for full time in the future.Benefits for full time employees:Subsidized housing available at 1201 W Montana StreetHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off401k with Company MatchHoliday Pay at time and a halfJob Duties:To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident’s quality of life with dignity and respect.Assist residents with activities of daily livingMaintain resident documentation as neededObtain residents vitals as directedPrepare and serve meals as neededDistribute resident medications for their self-administrationRestock suppliesClean resident rooms and common areas as scheduledProvide laundry services to residentsOther duties as assigned by SupervisorSkills Needed:Good people/communication skillsStrong compassionate and caring attitudeWilling to work as an active team memberAbility to maintain and display a positive attitudeAbility to multitaskEducational Requirement: High school education or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate.Physical Demands: Walking and standing for greater than 70% of shift. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, and stoop. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
