Metropolis Logistics LLC is a dedicated delivery service provider based out of Teterboro. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as DOT Delivery Associates driving box trucks (non CDL).

Location: 125 North Street, Teterboro, NJ 07608

Compensation: $24.50 per hour (DOT driver)

Shift Time(s): Sunday - Saturday, starting daily at 9:15 am to route completion

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

As a delivery driver, you'll drive a DOT regulated box truck delivering 60 - 70 packages a day
Handle large bulky products utilizing proper equipment with weights ranging from 50 - 300 LBS (team lift)
Work 3 or more days per week and up to 10 hours per day including breaks with shifts available 7 days a week
Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
Safely deliver packages while adhering to all safety and quality standards
Some package deliveries include assembly and installation

Qualifications

What You'll Need

Must be at least 21 years old (driver role) with eligibility to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver's license (delivery driver role; non CDL driver's license ok) or valid form of identification (driver helper role)
Adhere to yard safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
Must be fluent in English
Box truck driving experience required
Current DOT medical certificate preferred
